"I've been researching my family's history for almost twenty years and am a pretty confident user of online resources such as Ancestry, My Heritage and - for ancestors north of the border - Scotland's People.

But there are times when the DIY approach isn't enough: when you need the help of someone who knows the difference between 'dispone' and 'dispose', that an 'intromission' isn't when you eat your ice cream half way through a play and where to find documents only available in hard copy at a specific location.

Pauline seems entirely un-phased by legal and financial terms and has the knack of knowing when to look where for what.  I feel we've established a good partnership where I do the easy stuff while she takes on the tougher assignments and plan to throw more technical challenges her way in the months to come!"
